Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. During drops or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
